Who we are

Honest HQ is a trading name of Honest Group, 37 Fynon y Maen, Bridgend CF33 6JE. We're responsible for your information — ring us on 07933 666396.

What we collect

The answers you give in the price finder, your postcode, any photo you choose to upload, and — if you ask us to send your price or book a survey — your name, phone number and email.

Why

To work out your guide price, to send it to you, to arrange your survey, and to pass the job to the vetted tradesperson who will carry it out. If you stop part-way through after giving a postcode or number, we may contact you once to see if you still need help.

Photos

Photos are read by an automated system to help size the job, and are kept for up to six months so the surveyor can see them.

Who sees it

Only us and the tradesperson assigned to your job. We don't sell your details and we don't use advertising trackers on this site.

How long

Enquiries are kept for up to two years, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
