Is the price on the screen the real price?
It’s an honest guide, worked out from your answers and prices where you live — and with a photo it gets closer still. The surveyor confirms the price before any work starts, and nothing is charged until you agree it.
Who actually does the work?
A vetted, insured local trade. We check their insurance and qualifications before they work on a Honest HQ job, and Honest HQ is the name on your job — so if anything isn’t right, you ring us.
Do I have to give my number to see a price?
No. You see your price first. We only ask for your number if you want the full quote or to book a survey.
What if my job doesn’t fit any of the boxes?
Pick “Not sure what’s wrong” or type it in. Donna will work it out, and the really unusual ones go to Lee, who’ll ring you.
Are the Angels real people?
They’re our characters — the faces of the Honest HQ team. The people who answer your call and do the work are very real.
